Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on Monday through Thursday are processed the same day and roasted the following day.
Orders placed between 1:00 PM PST on Thursday and 1:00 PM PST Saturday are processed on Sunday and roasted on Monday.
Orders placed between 1:00 PM PST Saturday and 1:00 PM PST Monday are processed on Monday and roasted on Tuesday.

Are you really roasting to order?
Yes! We roast your coffee after you order to guarantee you receive it at peak freshness. On rare occasions, we may have small batches of pre-roasted coffee available—this is always clearly indicated on the product page under the roasting schedule section. Either way, you're getting exceptionally fresh coffee.
Can I change up my subscription?
Yes! You can change or edit your subscription frequency, address or payment details any time by logging into your account or by emailing us at orders@sightglasscoffee.mom
Can I add non subscription products to my next shipment?
Yes! First, login to your account then navigate to the "you might also like" section. If the item you wish to add on isn't visible please reach out to orders@sightglasscoffee.mom.

We travel to origin throughout the year, exploring new coffee sources, checking in with cherished producers, and offering premiums for quality. How many cups are in a bag?
Using the recipe that we use in our café, each 12oz bag makes 17 cups of coffee: just the right amount for one person to use in two weeks or for a pair of coffee drinkers to enjoy in a week.
Each 2LB bag makes 45 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in 3 weeks for two people.
Each 5LB bag makes 113 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in 8 weeks for two people.
Great rotation of flavors, and they even rotate seasonal blends into the mix. I love it since i can get bored with the same taste every month

Great starter subscription
This was my first coffee subscription. Great quality beans! It’s fun to receive different roasts each week. Very easy to customize order frequency. There’s a mix of medium and dark roasts. Would be even better if we could add roast preferences to the subscription (e.g. acidity, roast)
